Upper Mt Gravatt Apartments
Our Client amalgamated this 24 unit site in Upper Mt Gravatt which comprised 3 homes. Unfortunately, whilst the project was in it’s very early formative stages, it became apparent that the Mt Gravatt area would become over supplied with home units and bank appetite for funding these projects dissipated. Plans are yet to be finalised prior to lodging to Brisbane City Council for development approval. Meanwhile the existing homes are providing a holding income.
